The mission of Somerset Soccer Club is to introduce the game of soccer to youth of all ages and skill levels with the purpose of instilling a life long passion for the game while having fun. We strive to provide an environment that enables players to improve self-esteem, promote self-confidence and cultivate a lifelong passion for the game.

Objectives & Expected Level Of Play By Age Grouping
U6 Rec (JK & K)
Our in-house program.
U6 Rec meets two days per week on Thursday evenings & Saturday mornings. This is a fun program for players ages 3 to 6. Players get comfortable with the ball at their feet while also learning the basics of soccer with fun games and activities.
- Size 3 ball
- T-shirt will be provided with registration fee
- Fun activities to get familiar with soccer
- Thursdays 5:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
- Saturdays 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
U8 Rec (1st, 2nd, & 3rd Grade)
Our in-house program.
U8 & U10 Rec meets two days per week on Thursday evenings & Saturday mornings. Players will get comfortable with the ball at their feet & learn the fundamentals of game-play working together as a team. This program will prepare players for our competitive program.
- Size 4 ball
- T-shirt will be provided with registration fee
- Fun activities to get familiar with soccer
- Thursdays 5:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
- Saturdays 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
U10 Competitive
U10 Competitive is our next step after our recreational programs. We compete in the WYSA against teams from surrounding areas.
- Two practices per week (TBD Day/Time)
- Weekend Jamborees & Tournaments
- Size 4 ball
U12 Competitive
U12 Competitive will continue building on skills and team chemistry. We compete in the WYSA against teams from surrounding areas.
- Two practices per week (TBD Day/Time)
- Weekend Jamborees & Tournaments
- Size 4 ball
U15 Competitive
U15 Competitive will continue building on skills and team chemistry. We compete in the WYSA against teams from surrounding areas.
- Two practices per week (TBD Day/Time)
